This package is for Brides who just want to relax and let the Coordinators handle every little detail of their Wedding. There are so many decisions to make, That is why we help you pick what is right for your Wedding and you just come along for the fun! Our professional Coordinators are here to make the best recommendations for your style, needs and help with your budget for your special day!
Pre-Wedding
*Begin working together immediately upon booking your Wedding
*We will discuss your Visions and Ideas for the total Wedding Experience
*We will create a payment spreadsheet if desired
*We will research and provide specified needed Vendors for the Wedding to set and attend appointments with:
~Hairstylist, Makeup, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Bakery, Transportation, Musicians, Rentals, Officiate,
Catering, Wedding Attire (Bridal Shops), Stationery, etc.
*We will schedule and attend all appointments with the Vendors
*We will Negotiate prices and services provided by specified Vendors
*We will assist you with save the date, invitation, and other stationery orders.
*We will Schedule, Attend, and Coordinate your menu tasting
*We will Schedule and Attend one dress shopping appointment
*We will Schedule and Attend final fitting to learn the bustle
*We can set-up Hotel Room Block Agreements with up to 2 hotels of your choice
*We will Schedule the details of your Bridal Portrait Session with your photographer and location
*We will provide you with a customized Vendors List
*Once all Vendors are selected and contracts are signed, we will have ongoing communications to plan
and confirm all details throughout the planning process
*We will create a Wedding Day Schedule which will be provided to the Client, Venue and All the Vendors as well as the Bridal Party
*Unlimited Phone, Text, EMail, and ooVoo or Skype Communication throughout the process
*Unlimited face to face meetings to make sure no detail is overlooked
*We will collect your Engagement and Bridal Portraits, Guest Book, Cake Cutter, Etc., prior to the Wedding Day
*We will provide the final headcount to all the Vendors
*We will manage the guest list and RSVPs for your special day
*We will provide the final month preparation checklist
*We will Confirm all Wedding Day details with all the Vendors the week prior to the Wedding
*We will coordinate the Ceremony Rehearsal at the Venue – Up to 1 hour if the Officiate needs assistance
(most Officiates coordinate it themselves)
Wedding Day
*Your Coordinator and up to two assistants to coordinate all the details to make sure that everything is running
smoothly for up to 8 hours (additional hours are $100 per hour)
*We will manage your Hair and Makeup schedule
*Your Coordinator will assist the Ceremony (Officiate) Coordinator if there is one. If not your Coordinator
will Lead and Coordinate the Ceremony
*The additional staff will be making sure everything at the Reception Venue is setup and running smoothly as planned
*We will Deliver your Wedding Gown to the Dressing location
*We will hand the personal flowers to the Bridal Party, Family and Special Guest
*We will Bustle your dress and help change into your Reception Dress
*We will hand all the Vendors with their final balances (as needed), as well as their gratuities
*We work directly with the DJ, Hairstylist & Makeup, Photographer, Venue staff, Vendors, etc. to make sure
all your requests are followed and accomplished in regards to your Music, Dancing, Photos, Videos, Food, etc.
*We will have set up your items at the Reception: Guest Book, Cake Knife Set, Portraits, Favors, Seating Chart, etc.
*Constantly check in and manage all hired Vendors throughout the Ceremony and Reception
*Coordinate the Grand Exit for the Ceremony and Plan the Grand Entrance for the Reception as well as the exit
*Coordinate your transportation on your Special Day
*Load all the Gifts in designated vehicle
Post Wedding
*Supervise the reception breakdown by your Vendors for up to an hour post Wedding
*We will collect Portraits, Cake Knife Set, Guest Book & Pen, Champagne Flutes, etc. from the Reception Venue
*We will return Cake rental Items- Cake Plateau, Cake Boards, and Separator Plates
*Handle the Tuxedo rental returns the day after your Wedding
*We will follow up with you to ensure you receive your photographic materials from the photographer and videographer.
